I shipped Moon Dancer and Comet Tail. I mean look at them up there. They look ADORABLE! It is totally head canon now. SO. Head Canon. 

Anyway...

The cutie below is Selas Dance. (seals meaning "light")

She wears part of a gypsy skirt covering her cutie mark (which can be seen to the right of her). She is a wanderer. 

I think she is gonna be my second character for this awesome role-play group called EquestrianGeneration
